Refund Policy

At Friends and Family, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.Certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs. Only the price of the item will be refunded unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days: Check your bank account or credit card statement. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. If you are returning an item over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
